🐪 Camel Auction Rules 🐫
1. Each participant in the camel auction must fill out the camel auction entry form stating his full name and detailed address.
2. The bidder must pay an amount of 30,000/thirty thousand dirhams in cash as a guarantee for the purchase (in direct auctions only and not electronic auctions), in addition to a guarantee check. The cash amount will be returned with the check only in the event of non-purchase.
3. In the event of a breach of the agreed payment terms, the value of the aforementioned check will be determined by the amount of the bid and it will be cashed. In the event of a check being returned for lack of balance or for any other reason, appropriate legal measures will be taken and the buyer will be banned from entering any future auctions.
4. The auction will be held at the buyer’s risk and without guarantees for any purchase. The auction will be awarded for each (reel or seat) to the highest bidder by hammering.
5. After completing each purchase, the buyer must complete the purchase form (purchase approval).
6. The auction starts at 30,000 dirhams for reels and 20,000 dirhams for camels.
7. The minimum bid each time is AED 5,000 and multiples thereof. The auction management has the right to change the multiples before each auction.
8. The buyer will bear all the expenses of caring for the camel (Bakrah or Qaud) from the moment of purchase.
9. All purchased camels must be transported as soon as possible after the auction ends.
10. Each buyer will be responsible for transporting or exporting the purchased (Bakrah or Qaud) and settling all related costs in accordance with the laws of the country.
11. In the event of any dispute related to the auction, the decision of the auction committee will be the final decision for all parties.
12. Please complete the payment and delivery procedures at the sales office within hours of the purchase process.
13. The camel or Qaud will not be released from the sales yard unless the payment receipt is presented to the worker responsible for the camel / Qaud by the buyer or his representative (presenting the receipt by drivers will not be accepted), or when the check is cashed in the event of payment by check.
14. Notice of purchase after to the above mentioned buyer, who will be solely responsible for payment of the full amount..
15. This invoice is not transferable from the buyer to another party except after the approval of the scientific group. Advanced.
16. The auction is subject to 5% value added tax.
